Nate's birthday is October 24, 1987 (10/24). Stephanie's birthday is April, 24th, 1988 (4/24). To make it easier on everyone and to avoid needing to give too many gifts back-to-back, they split the difference and selected July 24th (7/24) as their special day. (It doesn't hurt that it also fell on a weekend in 2022!)

The wedding does not have an official theme, although the colors are Purple and Gray. Accent colors are deep green and gold.
